Web site design is handled personally by Michael Hill and Diane Powers. Michael has been involved with various entertainment related ventures for the last 30 years. He has experience as a magazine editor, freelance music critic, working musician, Web site designer, booking and publicity director as well as other publication and music endeavors. Diane has almost 20 years experience working in Internet and software related fields. She worked for one of the first Internet Service providers (Delphi Internet Service) in the early 1990s. Working her way into the Editorial Group where as Product Manager she launched hundreds of varied community Web sites including member-owned communities. It was during this time that she met Michael Hill and together they launched the Professional Musician's forum on Delphi in the mid-1990s. She then became a member of Critical Mass. Media in 1997 and participated in both the development and launching of both Web communities and Web sites. For the past eight years she worked at developing an E-Center for both a major telecommunications company and a software start-up. Diane is experienced in various Web publishing software, Microsoft Office and various graphics and E-Care programs.
